More updates
The latest update now is that I have joined a
health club. A neat place. The best part of the health club is that, they have several group excercise class going on. I have actually put on quite a few pounds which I m in urgent need of losing. Surprisingly, eating less is not necessarily the way to look slim, but eating right. So I have given up my habit of not eating breakfast, a home cooked food for lunch and dinner. The last 2 things I need to look up in my food habits are reduce/stop eating out even during weekends and dinner - need to eat more fruits and keep dinner light. Hopefully all this sould work towards me losing those unnecessary pounds. :-)
