Recipe

Many of my friends have asked for the cake recipe. And those here in carbondale have also asked for other recipes I have made. The secret is, all of which I make are terribly simple to make and you dont need to know too much of cooking (infact none sometimes!).
Cake:
1. Go to walmart.
2. Buy cake mix.
3. Follow instructions!!!
note: The instructions are like this. Mix oil, water and eggs with cake mix, pour the batter in a pan and bake for the rated time. Thats it. If you want, buy the icing from walmart (around 80cents!). The entire cake works around 3 dollars in all.
Pasta:
This is another of my favorite.
1. Go to walmart (heheee...i might get into nerves of some people :-)
2. buy any pasta you like, and pasta sauce (alfredo or tomato...i think prego brand is good)
3. Cook pasta in hot water for the rated time.
4. Fry green pepper, onions, olives, muchrooms (chicken if u r NV..i dont know how to cook NV!)
5. Pour the sauce over the fried veggies and add drained pasta (no water). simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Italian pasta ready. cost works around 3 dollars again..
Note: If you wanted it to smell good, check the aisle for italian spices. there is one small plastic container which is a mix of all the italian spices (like origano, basil etc). costs like $1.50 i guess. It will come for more than 6 months.
ensoy!!!!

PS: I will post more like this as and when i cook ( NRI cooking)
